- 1/2 cup uncooked popcorn
- 3 tablespoon coconut, peanut or canola oil
- 1 Jar of Harbor Sweets Salted Caramel Sauce,
heated gently in a pan of water or in
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Pour the Salted Caramel Sauce over the popcorn and stir to coat evenly. Pour the popcorn onto a parchment lined pan and place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
Note: This recipe will make about 16 cups of popped corn on your stovetop or 16 cups in your air popper. If you must use microwave popcorn, get the plainest available (no butter, flavor, salt etc.). Also, for even more crunchy goodness, add two cups of almonds or other nuts.
