Wholesale orders are shipped from our Salem, MA factory within 5 business days of receipt of your order. You can also request a future shipment date on any order. We use UPS as our shipping partner. 

Yes, we do ship across the US but due to unprecedented heat in our country, we are forced to monitor temperatures and do everything in our power to preserve the freshness and prevent melting of your chocolates during transit.

Standard shipping is only available to states with temperatures below 72 degrees, otherwise 2nd Day Air or faster shipping is required. Orders shipping to locations over 72 degrees will be shipped between Monday - Wednesday, to prevent perishable product from being left on trucks or in non-climate-controlled facilities over the weekend.

Shipping is calculated based on weight, number of boxes, and location.

We do not ship internationally.

Harbor Sweets chocolate should be stored in a dry, cool place, approximately 65 degrees Fahrenheit, and away from other odors or direct sunlight. 

Harbor Sweets chocolates are made from all natural ingredients and do not contain preservatives or shelf extenders.  We guarantee a shelf life of 90 days or greater, with the exception being our Harbor Lights chocolates, as they contain crème fraiche and have a guaranteed 60-day shelf life.  Harbor Sweets uses an open code best by date on all packaging so our partners can easily manage a “first in, first out” inventory rotation.

Our chocolates are gluten-free except for the Seabiscuit, but most products are made in an environment where peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy and eggs are used. While common food allergens are not necessarily in each product, there is a chance of cross contamination.
