Customer Service Representative - Full-Time and Part-Time Positions AvailableHarbor Sweets® is currently in search of an experienced, organized and motivated individual to join our growing team! The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager and will assist with the day-to-day order processing and direct interaction with customers. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, promptly answering phones and directing calls as needed, building relationships with existing and potential customers, processing orders through our order entry system, MOM, and resolving customer service issues in a timely manner.
