Robert L Strohecker, grandfather of Harbor Sweets' founder Ben Strohecker earned the name "Father of the Easter Bunny Business" after creating a 5ft tall chocolate rabbit that stood in the window of a department store in the 1890's. 

To continue the legacy, we created the Robert L. Strohecker Assorted Rabbit, a smaller version of the 5ft rabbit. Each rabbit is made of two halves that are filled with with caramel and pecans, almond buttercrunch toffee and whole toasted almonds. It offers a surprise in every bite! Available in both milk and dark chocolate.
